Here’s your go-to guide for quick answers and where to get help if you need it.

1. I’m not seeing big savings yet, is something wrong?
  • In winter, shorter days mean less solar generation – but your battery and gateway are still reducing what you buy from the grid.
  • By spring and summer, your panels will be working at their peak, and you’ll see the biggest impact on your bills.
  • Remember: Your first month’s bill may not reflect the full benefit, especially if it overlaps with pre-installation energy usage.

 Most of the time, nature does the job. Rain keeps panels free from dust and debris.

  • You may want to clean them if you notice heavy buildup (e.g., bird droppings, tree sap).
  • Always use a professional cleaning service, climbing on your roof can be dangerous, and improper cleaning can damage your panels.
  • Check your Wi-Fi connection first.
  • If the signal is strong and it’s still not updating, try closing and reopening the app.

If you have a battery and gateway, your system will automatically switch to backup mode for your essential circuits.

 If you don’t have backup, the system will pause until grid power returns (a safety requirement).
